The Farm is partly bounded by good roads, and has a large frontage to the Waikato River. The Tamahere Public School, Church, Store, and Post and Telegraph Offices are adjacent to the Farm. It is most centrally situated, and is convenient to the principal Cattle Markets and Railway Stations. Written tenders for the lease of the above mentioned property for a term of five years will be received by the undersigned up to the 27th of April, 18S9. The lessee may have an option to purchase. Further particulars may be obtained, and the conditions of lease seen, on application to Mr S. S. Graham, at Tamahere, or to the undersigned at Queen-street, Auckland.
