CONDITIONS. Nominations for Flying Stakes, Handicap Hurdles, Autumn Handicap and Handicap Pony Race to be made to the Secretary, Hamilton, Waikato, at or before 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27 th. Weights to appear on or about Aprii 3rd. Acceptance to be declared before 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th. Nominations for Novel Race, Selling Hurdles, Settlers' Race, and Novel Hack Race to be made to the Secretary before 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th, day of general entry. Five per cent, to be deducted from all stakes, to go to improvement of the course. The attention of owners is particularly called to this regulation. Settler's Race for horses owned by residents within the four counties of Fiako, Waikato, Waipa and Raglan. Ponies must be ready to go under the standard one hour before advertised time of starting the race, and the heights to be sent in with nominations.
