(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT.) London, March 11. Tin.; Prince of Wales presided at the Imperial Institute banquet held last night. Iu proposing the toast of " Prosperity to the Institute," the Prince of Wales said lie regretted that the want of time and opportunity prevented him visiting Australia. He felt the deepest interest in the colonies, and thought every British statesman should visit the colonies. He believed the establishment of the Institute had greatly assisted iu bringing about an improved feeling between the colonies and the Mother Country.
