A HUGE DEFICIT.

An the instance of Mr Garvan, Colonial Treasurer, the managers ©f the Bunk of New Zealand, Joint Stock Bank and two accountants have made a searching investigation into the public accounts of the colony, and have reported that there is a deficit of four millions and sixty-four thousand pounds.
