Tlk- supply of potatoes lias bee.n far in excess of requirements, and at present they have no sol tied value, prices ranging from ,<-;;] to ijij per ton. Onion.-, well dried, move fividy ; many are coming to hand 100 preen. For potato unions there is no sale, drain of all kinds has declined in value. Sharps and bran are also easier. Poultry has again come to hand in large numbers. Pigs also in huge numbers; prices easier; only good breeds command attention. Fresh but tor was in smaller supply, lint, quite equal to demand ; prices still rule low. Corned butler: No sale. Honey: Dull, Bacon and hams : Only lirst quality selling. Kggs : Very large quantities to hand ; good eggs have sold well. Cheese : No alteration in value; a good amount has been placed at late values ; supply quite equal to the demand. Fruit has again come to hand in unusually largo quantities; that of Friday's sale was one of the largest quantities of local fruit yet offered at one sale in Auckland, and considering the enormous quantity all has sold fairly well. Plums and peaches have somewhat hardened in price, pears have commanded fair value, but apples are still low, most of those to hand have been of fine quality.
