The Secretary desires to acknowledge with thanks tho receipt of a quantity of apples from Mr Rothwoll of Whatawhata, and a gentleman's dressing gown from Mrs J. M. Coombes, Auckland, (through Mrs W. A. Graham) for the use of the Waikato District Hospital. Wo would draw the attention of our readers to the extousi'-e sale of furniture, implements, liva stock, ate., to be held by Mr J. McNiool at Te Aroha on Friday next. It will be seen that several fresh lots are advertised in this issue, including two cottages aud a butcher'e shop.
