Tub usual monthly meeting of the Hamilton ]>omain Board was held in tho Council Chambers, Hamilton, at 7.30 on Tuesday evening. There were present : Messrs Coatee, Knox, Salmon, I'icar, Jonej, Missen and Bell. Chaiumax. —Mr .Knox moved that Mr Isaac Coates bo- re-elected to tho olHce of chairman.—Seconded by Mr Salmon and carried unanimously. Balanue-shkkt. — The yearly balancesheet to December 81st, ISSB, which was received back from the Auditor-General certified to as correst, was received and adapted, on tho motion of Mr Jones seconded by Mr Frnnr. TiiANSt'EU.—Frederick Wild applied for the transfer of the lease of lot No. IB to Mr G. Sutton. It was resolvsd to grant the transfer on tho conditions of the lease being complied with. Cleamxg.—-Tho payment for the con tract for clearing furze on Lots Nos. 8, 0 and 10 was withheld, pending the report of a committee consisting of Messrs Knox, I'rear and Gelling as to the completion of the work. Pahmbnt.—One account for 7s was passed for payment. Nonc'K oi' Motion. —Mr Ktwx gave notice that he would move at an adjourned meeting of the Board to be held on the 12th prox., that. Lotsll and 10 bo put up for lease by auction. This concluded the business and the Board adjourned to tho 12th of March.
