The drapery business conducted under tin: name of Abbott and Co. has also changed hands within the last week. It i:; currently reported that Mr 1). J. Frnzfsr, who formerly had the management of Alom'n ;ind Co.'s business here, intends opening up an ironmongery business ou his own account, and, being a popular man and well liked by those who have had business connections with him, he should do very ivol!.
