Lonijox, February 17. A representative of tho New York Herald has had an interview with. Major Lecaron, the result of which is published in London. Tho editor of tho paper says Lecarou stated that ho possessed positive evidence that Mr Parnell's advisors were privy to the Phoenix Park murdors, and that tho whole truth had nut yet been told, as the Government were unwilling to disclose a certain document to tho Oommissioa.
