TAUWHARE.
Dairy Production*.—The milk supply at tho Tauwhare factory is now (ioO aals. During the summer the wuaiher has been very favourable, so that there has not been the usual decrease in quantity. The demand for the cheese has been so great that the stock on hand is not increasing. Monthly shipments are sent to the Islands, and a considerable quantity is sent to Auckland and other Colonial markets. Most of the cheeses are made to weigh 351bs. The demand for this cheese is chiefly caused by its gwodqu.ility, which reflects credit on Air R. Speake's efficient management.
