In conformity with Section 75 of "The Road Boards Act, ISS2," it is hereby publicly notified that the Matamata Koa<l Board propose, at a meeting of the said Board, to be held at tlu; office of the Hoard, Matamata, at 2 p.m. on MONDAY, the 'J.'ith day of February next, to make the following Special Order.
