ARRESTS FOR PERJURY.

Twelve witnesses, who gavo evidence for tho defence in the case of the man Cutler, who was acquitted of the charge of killing a Chinaman in Little Bourke-street by jumping on his chest, have been arrested on an accusation of perjury. Cutler has also been arrested.
