There was a good attendance of buyers, and bidding was spirited. Prices generally show a rise of three farthings to one penny over those of last year. DUNEDIN, Friday. Twelve thousand acres, Menlove's Windsor Estate, has been sold for 12s lOd per acre. It is understood that the Exhibitioli Commissioners have decided to charge Id per loot for space.
