TELEGRAPH LINE OF ROYAL MAIL COACHES BETWEEN OXFORD AND TAUPO (running in connection with Crowther & McCawley's Mail Line of Coaches between Taupo and Napier). On and after March 8, 1887, the Mail Coach will leave Oxford every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, at 7.30 a.m., arriving at Ohincmutu at noon. Leaves Ohinenmtu every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, at 7 a.m., arriving at Oxford in time to catch train for Auckland. Coaches running from Ohiuemutu to Tikitere daily. Fares : Single Return Oxford to Ohiuemutu ... 17s Gd £1 10s Ohinenmtu to Tikitere — 10s Rotorua to Tatipo 30s — Taupo to Napier 50s — Return : Auckland to Ohinemutu (coach and rail), first-class, £3 10s ; second-class, £2 17s 6d. Parties wishing to go through Cambridge can make arrangements for private conveyances to visit any part of the Hot Lake District, including Wairakei, Taupo, and through to Napier.
