Auckland, Monday. At the sale of villa sites in the Pupuka estate, Lake Takapuna, there was a largo attendance and the prices ranged from £7 to £li 3 per acre, and over £1,700 worth of property was disposed of. Pritciiard's hose factory at Mount Eoskill has been destroyed by fire. The insurance is £400 in the London and Lanca shire.
Messrs Stone Bros, have decided to dispose of their fleet of sailing vessels with a view of adopting steamers.
