The winner of any race of the value of £50 after the declaration of the weights to carry 7ibs. extra ; of two such races, lOlbs. extra. Nomination, £2; acceptance, £3 Distance, Ijf miles. 4. NOVEL RACE, of 30sovs., winner to bteome the absolute property of the Club, and to be sold immediately after the race ; w.f.a. Nomination, 30s. Distance, 1 mile. 5. SELLING HURDLES, of 25sovs. ; over G flights, 3ft. Gin. hurdles ; 4-year-olds to carry list; 5 years, list 121bs. ; G years and aged, 12st. 41bs. Winner to be sold immediately after the race for £50. MAIDEN PONY RACE, of lOsovs., for all ponies of 14 hands and under that have never won an advertised race at time of entry. Top weight, 9st. Weight for inches ; 7lbs. allowance per inc!«. Sweep of 5s for starters, to go to second horse. Entry, 10s, Distance, 1 mile. 8. FORCED HANDICAP, of 20sovs. Entrance, 20s. Distance, 6furlongs. All horses that have won any money during the meeting, are compelled to enter for this race.
CONDITIONS. Weights for Handicap Hurdles, South Auckland Cup, and Tradesman's Plate to appear on or about December 4th. Acceptance to be declared before 9 p.m. on Saturday, December 15th. Nominations for Maiden Plate. Novel Race, Selling Hurdles and Pony Race to be made to the Secretary, Hamilton, before 9 p.m. on Saturday, December lotli, day of general entry. Five per cent, to bo deducted from all stakes, to go to improvement of course. No nominations or acceptances will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied with the necessary amount of cash.
