The Australian eleven had lost one wicket for 01 runs when the stumps were drawn. Perth, December 22. The man Griffen, charged with the brutul murder of a blackfellow, at Cape Esperance, has been acquitted. The evidence in the case was very conflicting. Syoney, December 22.
