LORD SALISBURY'S SPEECH. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT.) Lon'Dox, December 23. Tiiij Marquis of Salisbury, speaking at Scarborough, to-day, with regard to the trouble in Suakim said the Government were carrying out the policy of their predecessors. He thought England should now increase her efforts towards having the slave trade abolished. A spy has come in with a report to the effect that Handoub is full of wounded Arabs. The reported early departure of the troops is causing a feeling of alarm in this city.
