Prices ruled low, useful horses ranging from £7 to £10; inferior from £2 and upwards. On Tuesday there was a large mu.-ter of hides, mostly cows. At Kemuera on Thursday not many dairy cattlo were yarded, and those were dull uf sale at late values. Fat cattle in full numbers were slightly better worth, but a few pens (about 40 steers) were _withdrawn. Prices ranged from 13s to 15s for steers; cowa at 10s per lOOlbs. Sheep in full numbers were linn at last week_s values. Wethers in their wool, 13s to 15s Gd ; shorn wethers, 3s to lls 3d ; ewes, Ss 3d each. Lambs plentiful, and fairly maintained late values. They brought from 4s Gd to 9s oach. dood pigs in full numbers kept their price throughout the sale.
