Aktich a trial lasting from Monday morning to Wednesday, during which time a great amount of evidence was presented, the prisoner lluira To Peri was committed for trial for the murdur fit Malalm of Mr and Mrs Pook and child. Hepa, Haira's brother, was discharged, there being no evidence to connect him with the crime. Haira was brought to Gi.=borno from Awanni by the Australia this morning, and ho will bn brought up at the Supreme Court sittings in March next.
