In accordance with tin; provisions of Section 75 of "The Road Boards Act, 1852," notice is hereby given that it is intended, at a meeting of the Matamata Road Board to be held at Matamata at •2 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 21st day of December prox., to propose the following resolution : — "That this Board do now, by Special Order, adopt the provisions of 'The Local Bodies Loan Act, ISS6.'"
