[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CiiRisfCHCRCH, Wednesday. The fifteenth annual meeting of the New Zealand Shipping Company was held today, Mr A. C. Wilson in the chair. The director's report stated the profit and loss accounts show a credit balance of £51,275 3s 7d, including £7,019 brought forward fro in last year. They recommended writing £50.715 off the property, including £30,000 off the steamer and £9,000 off the sailing fleets, and carrying £550 forward. The report was adopted unanimously
