THE AUSTRIAN ARMY.

The Austrian Army Bill has been agreed to in committee of the Austrian Parliament Count Yon Welsershewth, the Austrian Minister of Defence, said the Government did not intend to raise the peace, footing of the Austrian Army, but merely to render the regiments available for active service.
