THE PARNELL CASE.
(iSY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) London", November 23. ' Mr Edward Harrington, of the Kerry Sentinel, has been fined £500 for contempt of Court, in publishing an article charging the Times Parnell Commission with partiality.
The proceedings of the League in Kerry formed the subject of evidence before the Times-Parnell Commission to-day. Evidence was given connecting outrages with speeches delivered by Parnell, O'Donoghue, O'Brien, ITealy, and Harrington.
