CABLE SUMMARY.
[By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright.] London, November 15. A lifeboat capsized at the mouth of the Tecs, and eight men were drowned, attempting to rescue the crew of a brig on the sandbank. A woman amongst the spectators fell dead with excitement.
A train fell off the overhead line in Manchester, into the street. No one was killed.
Lord Onslow leaves for New Zealand in February.
An attempt has been made to assassinate Prince Ferdinand.
