SALE OF PEDIGREE STOCK.
[l!V TELKOBAPH. — PttESS ASSOCrATION.] CitßiSTonr/KCii. Monday. Tnrc sale of the Russley yearlings did not realise very high prices. The highest was 110 guineas, given by Mr Stead for a filly by Albany—No Name. Mr H. Davis gave 70 guineas for a filly by Cndoffan— Nonseiiso-. Thirteen yearlings were sold, fetching , olirt guineas. The Agricultural Association stock sale was well attended, but a large proportion of the stock was passed in. The highest price for a nun was u's guineas, paid by My Epsiu, of Wellington, for a. two-year-old, bred by Mr Morris, of Southland. A bull, shown by Mr J. Gregg, was sold to Mr Lnxford for 2!) guineas, which was the highest price- in cattle.
