The Parnoll Commission have had under examination witnesses of various classes, their evidence proving that numerous outrages and boycotting were the result of action taken by the Land League. Mr Parnell admitted that they must put pressure on the weak and cowardly among the liish tenantry. Lord Kinnear has decided that the question of jurisdiction allowed the action brought in Scotland by Mr Parnell against the Times to proceed. November S. The evidence before the Commission continues to give proof that the outrages committed were at the instigation of the Land League. Mr Parnell expects the Commisaion will extend over twelve months.
