The following lesolution passed at a Special Meeting held on the 23rd October, 1888, "That it be resolved that Sections 22 to 51, inclusive of the Rating Act, ISB2, and amendments, be adopted by the Council of the Borough of Hamilton, and that the provisions contained in the above-men-tioned clauses shall apply to the recovery of all Rates now due, or which shall hereafter be made for the purposes of this Borough, will be confirmed at a Special Meeting to be held on the 27th November, 1888.
