Notice is hereby given that a petition will be presented to the Raglan County Council, praying that the district within the undermentioned boundaries be annexed to and amalgamated with the Town of Raglan District Highway Board, the united districts to be called the Raglan Highway Board. This petition is now lying at the residence of the Clerk, Town of Raglan Highway Board at Karioi. All that area iu the Provincial District of Auckland, commencing at the northernmost angle of the Town of Raglan iu Whaiugaroi Harbour. Bounded towards the East generally by the NorthEastern boundary of the Town of Raglan to the Opoturu Creek, thence crossing that creek to the Northern extremity of Section No. J cf the Parish of Karioi, thence following the Oputuru Creek aforesaid to the South-Eastern angle of Section No. .">7 of the Parish of Karioi aforesaid, thence by theSouthcrn boundary of Section No. ,37, the North - Western boundaries of Sections No. Oil, 102, and ■JO, !he Western boundaries of Sections No. ;>y and I'.l, the f-'outh - Western and Southern boundaries of Section No. Gli, the North - .Eastern, Eastern and Southern boundaries of Section No. 107, the Southern boundary of Section No. 110, part of the South-Western boundary of Section No. HIS, the South-Eastern boundary of Section No. 25, the North-Eas-tern and South-Eastern boundaries of Section No. 23, the Sonth-Eastern boundary of Section No. 22, and the Southeastern boundaries of Section No. 21 to its South-Easterii angle, towards the South by the Southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 21, 20, 70, and 06, all of the Parish of Karioi aforesaid to high-water marks of the sea, and towards the West and NorthWest by high-water mark of the sea, and to Whaingaroa Harbour to the commencing point.
