PROPOSED CANADIAN SUB. SIDY.
(BV EUiOTIttC TBLEGKAPH—COPYRIGHT). London, October 24. Tun Canadian Government is willing to grant a subsidy of .£25,000 for a fortnightly Australian mail service, and £ 15,000 for a monthly one. Mr Raikes, PostmasterGenera!, has expressed himself favourable to the delivery of mails at Vancouver instead of at San Francisco.
