CANADA AND MANITOBA

The Canadian and Pacific Railway Company have posted a stronglymanned and victualled train across the place where the Red River Railwav is about to cross the Canadian frontier. Manitoba is supporting the Red River Railway Company, and the authorities have called out the militia to quell any disturbance that may occur.
