HORRIBLE MURDER.
(BY HLUCTKIO TBLKCKAWI—COI'YBIUHT). Sydxky, October 29. Information of ci terrible domestic tragedy lias just readied the ears of the police. It appears that one day last week a man named Thompson had words with his wife, and at the height of the quarrel, stabbed the unfortunate woman, who was enciente, in the abdomen with a a large butcher's knife which he was using at the time. The woman died last night, and in her dying deposition, stated that she, believed the occurrence was accidental. 'I he man has, however, been arrested on a charge of wilful murder.
