London-. October 17The publishers of Sir Morell Mackenzie's book, in anticipation that it might be confiscated, sold and distributed a large number of the books secretly, 'he importation of the work into Germany was effected previously to the book appearing in England. The Times declares that Sir M. Mackenzie's diagnosis of the disease from which the late Emperor Frederick was suffering, was wrong, though it is impossible to say whether the treatment by the German doctors was right.
