EMPEROR WILLIAM.
(Bv Eleotihi! Telegraph—Uopykujht ) Home, October 15. Tun Emperor William of Germany and Count IJ'crbert Bismarck have assured the Pope that the existing treaties between Ilsily and Germany precluded the recognition of any claim of the Vatican to temporal power. The Emperor William to-day performed the ceremony of crowning the tomb of King Victor Emanuel. Tho proceedings were marked by great enthusiasm.
