The above cricket match was played in the Government Paddock, Cambridge, on Saturday last, commencing at 11 a.m. Both innings were played out, the result being a win for the East side by 3o runs, but tho West boys have only just started their club, and have had very little practise or they would doubtless have made a better bt'and. A match, Camuridge school, past and present, v. the Cambridge Club, was to have been played in the afternoon, but m consequence ot the wet weather, it had to be postponed.
