A .ML'TII.ATKI) letter has been picked up at Kadina, !)(> miles north-west of Adelaide, which is believed to bo the original written by Ceneral (iurdon, dated lifst July, I<SSI, expressing his determination to stand by Khartoum. The only solution of the discovery of the document in such a place is the fact that a number of Arab hawkers were recently at Kadina.
