FREDERICK III.'S DIARY

[By Electric Telkokaph—Copyright.! London, September 25. Primce Bismarck's denial of the authenticity of the Emperor Frederick's diary is generally construed as a denial of the facts therein stated, rather than an allegation that the diary is a mere fabrication. The publication of the diary lias created a great sensation in Berlin, and has caused much uneasiness in official circles in that city. It is asserted that the publication is a gross breach of faith, as it is contended that the late Emperor gave instructions that the contents were not to be made public till fifty years after his death. The diary was published without the Emperor William's authority.
