THE AFGHAN REVOLT
[By Klectiuc Telegraph.— Copyright. 1 Caui'l,, September 13. Ishak Kiiax is reported to have thirty thousand troops at his command. The Ameer has an army of fifty thousand men. The Ameer has captured Kamard Fort, the chief stronghold of the rebel Ishak Khan. The prisoners captured on the oceasion included Ishak's father-in-law.
