Washington, September 5. The reported rejection of the treaty between the United States and China with regard to the exclusion of Chinese has not yet been continued.
A letter has appeared in the Times stating that the working classes in Australia are being made the tools of certain unscrupulous agitators, who are interested in the exclusion of Chinese labourers.
