FitrnAY. — (Before Captain Jackson, R.M., and Mr Mandeno, J.P.) Civil OasesH. Gili.ett v, R. Wainwakim;.— Claim £3 12s for board and lodging. Mr Hally for plaintiff. The plaintiff having given evidence, judgment was given for the amount claimed, with ISs Od costs. WiLMA.tr Milne v. Joseph Butler. — Claim £1. 13s Gd for thatchinß stacks, etc. Mr Dyer for plaintiff and Mr Hally for defendant. Plaintiff, being sworn, gave his evidence in a discursive manner. Witnesses were examined, and judgment was given for plaintiff with court fees and solicitor's costs, amounting to £1 !)s Gd, witnesses' costs not being allowed. This was all the business.
