In 1860 Napoleon 111 obtnined from the heirs of Talleyrand a postponement of twenty-two years ranre before the writings ol the former can be published. This period will be ended in May, 1890. The manusoript is in the hands of the Duke de Talleyrand, grandson of the writer, the Prince de Talleyrand. London royalty is ahout to organise a charitable fdte in imitation ot that carried to success by the Princess Metteniioh in Vienna. The three little Princessess of Wales are to appear as Yum-Yum, Pitti Sine", and Peek B') in "Mikado" trio. A Scotch ballet will be danoed by titled ladies, and it will wind up with a pantomime in whioh all the players will take part.
