* (BY TELEGRAPH.— I'KKSS ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTOHURUH, Monday. Tiik body found on the hills has been identified as that of J. McDonald. The neck appeared to be broken, but there are no other marks of violence. Frank Perrott left his homestead Waikari, yesterday morning, to walk round his farm. Two swaggers found him at noon, lying dead against a wire feuce. PALMERSTON NORTH, Monday. Mr H. S. Palmer, son of a surveyor, and agent for the Australian Mutual Provident Society, died yesterday from the wounds on his throat inflicted by himself. A verdict of " Suicide whilst temporarily insane " was returned. WELLINGTON, Monday. At the R.M. Court to-day, Arthur Moeller, James Parker, John Winters, were charged with assault and robbery on the person of Thos. McEwan, early on .Sunday morning and were remanded. John Gibson and Henry Duthea were committed for trial, charged with robbery of a cash box containing £20 and deeds from the Queens Hotel. H mysterious theft of £13 is reported
