LOST IN THE BUSH.

[by telegram.—press association.] Auckland, Friday. Mr William Ou.mminos, who was for merly a brewer at Hamilton, is reported to be lost in the MaliaUiriru Bush at Mercury Bay. Mr Cummings has more recently been residing in Howe-street, Auckland, lie has been prospecting in the Mahakiriru Bush, and has now been out since last Saturday. As he had not taken supplies with him, his friends down there reported the matter to Constable Walker, and search parties were instituted, but so far no traces of the missing man have been found.
