Mr Parnell lias served a writ of arrestment oil tlie agents of the Times, Edinburgh, in order that he may be enabled to bring proceedings against the proprietor of that paper for charges made against him. Messrs O'Connor and John Redmond havo commenced separate actious in England against the proprietors of the Times for charges made against them. In the action which Mr Parnell intends bringing against the Times in Scotland, £50,000 damages aro claimed.
