PROROGATION.
[BY KLKOTUIC TKLEGUAI'H.—COPYRIGHT.] London, July 27. In the House of Commons tho Right Hon. W. H. Smith said the Government proposed to postpone the Supply Bill till the autumn session, and hoped Parliament would be prorogued übout the middle of August.
