At a Special Meeting of the Piako County Council held at Morrinsville on Friday, the. loth inst., it was resolved, "That this Council, by and with the consent of the Taotaoroa Road Board, do now by Special Older, herewith made, declare all that part or portion of the County Road known as the CambridgeOxford Road lying within the boundaries of the Taotaoroa Road District, a District Road, within the meaning of "The Public Works Act, ISS - 2,'and the amendments thereof, the said Road to be and continue under the control of the Road Hoard of the paid District on and after the Uth day of August next ensuing, upon which date this order shall take elFeet." This order will be confirmed at a meeting of the said Council, to be holden at the I'luvnix Hotel, Morrinsville, at 11 a.m. on FRIDAY, the 10th day of August pros. By order. CIIAS.
