Wo have no susiar <•» expoit, nor has our (ioverniuent tiie money to pay bonuses, but it i:;m elYect the same purp.-se by allowing all productions such as butter, bieon, cheese, potatoes, grains, beef, mutton, wool, and all other things that can be produced and exported to bo carried on the New Zealand railways free of cbar°;e, nr at least at seventy-rive per cent, less than the present cost.
