Sydney, July 13. Louisa Collins has been arrested on suspicion of having caused the death of her husband, who died at Botany, on Sunday last. The Land Tax Bill has been passed by the House. The body of Andrews, Mrs Collins' first husband, and that of her child who died at the age of four and a half years in April last, will be exhumed for examination. Adelaide, July 13.
