An EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of the above Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, in High-street, Te Awainutn, cn SATURDAY, the 21st day of July, instant, at 3 o'clock p.m. Bcsiness : To confirm, or decline to confirm, the following resolutions passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held at the Registered Office on Saturday, the 30th day of June, 1888. 1. That the Te Awamutu Cheese and Bacon Factory Company (Limited), be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr James Lloyd Mandeno be appointed Liquidator at a remuneration of £10. 2. That the Liquidator be instructed to dispose of the property and business of the Company on
