OSMAN DIGNA'S ATTACKS. (BY ELECTKIC TELEGRAPH.— COPYRIGsIT.) Suakim, .June 25. Mosririic tribes are nightly raiding villages on the outskirts of the cWy, availing themselves of the sedoubts ercctcd by the British in 1885, from which to sally out and carry on their depredations. The attitude of the natives here is menacing towards European residents, and it is announced that troops will be sent immediately to reinforce the British garrison, and that another expedition will be made into the interior in the autumn to punish Osman Digna.
